Right Of Buyer To Inspect Goods--Inspection At Source
RIGHT OF BUYER TO INSPECT GOODS--INSPECTION AT SOURCE
If an order indicates that any product is to be subject to inspection by buyer or buyers representative at the premises of seller, seller, without cost to buyer, shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of such inspectors. At the time of inspection, seller shall make available to the inspectors copies of all drawings, specifications and packaging data applicable to the items. The inspection shall be deemed as preliminary only and all the items shall be subject to final inspection and acceptance at the facility of buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
